The Dan Zola Orchestra has been pleasing
dancing and listening audiences since 1961.
NOTICE: Regretfully, after 30 years, we were informed Tuesday, February 7, after our performance, that we will no longer be playing at The 100th Bomb Group Restaurant.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our time there but, most importantly, we truly enjoy
performing for all of our Dan Zola Orchestra friends. We sincerely appreciate
your loyalty and support.
With that in mind, we are in the process of looking for a new performance venue
to call home for us, and all of you. If you have any location suggestions or questions,
please give John Patai, General Manager for the orchestra, a call at (440) 821-1662.
We look forward to sharing the news about a new facility as soon as that's determined.
We'll be sure to keep you posted. In the meantime, please check our website regularly
for the rest of our 2012 performance schedule as it changes often!
Sincerely,
John Patai - General Manager
The Dan Zola Orchestra
This 19 piece big band is steeped in the tradition of the famous swing and
dance bands. Count Basie,
Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Les Brown,
Harry James, Ellington and Sinatra are just a sampling
of the many authentic sounds
that are featured by the Dan Zola Orchestra.
Whether it's Swing, Latin, Waltzes or Fox Trots, this band has the arrangements
that bring backthe nostalgia of the big band era that has thrilled countless
audiences over the past decades.
Our featured vocalist, Dianne Palmer recreates the great vocals of Ella Fitzgerald, Anita O'Day, Helen Ward, Doris Day and a host of others that made romantic ballads, jumpin' swing, and entertaining novelty arrangements come to life with words written by the greatest lyricists of our time.
The Dan Zola Orchestra has performed with name personalities, been featured on television, radio broadcasts and concerts throughout northern Ohio and Michigan and is the chosen band to perform at the new 100th Bomb Group Restaurant in Cleveland.
For information call our general manager John Patai.
You'll be surprised how little it takes to have a great event with the Dan Zola Orchestra.
